It's finally here. We're excited to roll out new and reimagined features to help you create perfect online invitations for your events. Below are some of our big changes that you'll love.
Templates for Any Event Type
Blackbird 2.0 is designed to accommodate any type of event - from corporate functions to classes or parties. While you're setting up your event, you'll pick a "Base Layout" based on what you're hosting:
Cheers: for parties & get-togethers
Amour: for weddings, bridal & baby showers
Handshake: for corporate events & fundraisers
Lanyard: for conferences, talks and clinics
Standard: for just about anything else
This tool will get you started with our suggested layout, but you can still add and customize page sections until you have the perfect online invitation page.

Improved Page Editing
Creating your Blackbird RSVP online invitation has never been so simple. The Blackbird team completely re-built the page editor from the ground up to let you create great looking invitations in minutes.
Blackbird Pro Banner Photos
Choose from a gallery of one-of-a-kind stock images and patterns for you to use on your invitations. Blackbird Pro images were styled by our team and shot by our favorite photographers.
You can select from this (growing) library, or upload your own background images as before.
Attendee Response
Guests you've invited can now send their regrets if they can't make your event. This option will help you have a more accurate headcount for catering and other planning purposes.
Custom Email Invitation Messages
Blackbird email invitations utilize your banner photo & an RSVP button to direct invitees to your RSVP page. Now you can also add an optional message to these emails to help get people excited to attend!
